Fitch Camp: Fitch Camp Registration forms are being sent home to all 2nd-5th grade students. Forms are to be turned into the secretary at each building or scanned to Mr. Turner at, jturner@dowagiacschools.org. Registration will be cut off when we have reached our limit so make sure you get registered sooner rather than later. We will send a message over Facebook when registration is cut off.

Happy Easter: The entire Justus Gage Staff hopes that everyone has a wonderful Good Friday and Easter Sunday with their family. Safe travels to all and enjoy the wonderful weather this afternoon.
Spring Testing Window and Info: As a reminder we are currently in the middle of our Spring Testing Window. All k-5 students will also be taking the NWEA tests and K-2 students will be completing their i-Ready testing. As always, please remember that your children need adequate sleep and healthy breakfast. If you would like for your student to eat breakfast at school, please make sure they arrive by 8:30. We never want a child to feel rushed on any school day, especially on test days!
OUT-OF-BOUNDARY REQUEST: Reminder that out-of-boundary requests must be turned in to the office by April 21, 2025 to be considered.
Parent Input/Student Learning Style Forms: These forms will be available in the office on Monday and are do by Friday, May 16, 2025.
Art Work Presentation/Exhibits: Thirty-five Justus Gage art students were selected to display their artwork at the Box Factory for the Arts community student art show which included twenty-six area elementaries from Cass and Berrien counties. One student from each school was selected to receive an award and art scholarship. The winner from Justus Gage, for his oil pastel owl, was fifth grader, Uriel Cortez!
The Box Factory elementary art reception included a memorial for art teacher, Gloria White. A memorial in her honor is being created in collaboration with her daughter, Water Street Glassworks and the Krasl. Donations to help get the glass sculpture memorial created can be made by following the attached QR code.
