Message from the Principal

END OF DAY CALLS and PICK UPS: You must call the office by 3:00 p.m. to make arrangements for your student to go home a different way. This is a policy that we have had in place and unfortunately have to enforce. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

BUS RIDER PARENTS: Please have your student(s) at the bus stop 5-10 minutes early so that our bus drivers can stay on schedule in order for our schools to start on time. Thank you for helping.

HURRICANE DISASTER HELP: Anyone wanting to donate items can bring them to Justus Gage Elementary and we will make sure that they are given to the appropriate person for delivery to Tennessee. Things that are needed: Water, baby food, diapers, formula, personal hygiene items, blankets, hats and gloves (both kid & adult sizes). All donations must be collected by November 7, 2024.

TRICK or TREAT at JUSTUS GAGE: Trick or Treat will be held at Justus Gage on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 6:00-7:15 p.m. Costumes are ENCOURAGED!! Costumes are not allowed during the school day!

CANDY MONSTER: Please help feed our CANDY MONSTER!! It takes a lot of CANDY donations to help FILL OUR MONSTER for our PTO Trick or Treat.

Congratulations to our students who raised the most money for our fall PTO Fundraiser. OUTSIDE LUNCHES:    The district does not allow outside lunches to be delivered to school for students.

SICK CHILD:  Please call the office and report that you are keeping your child home due to illness. The Cass Van Buren Health Department requires schools to report illnesses every week.
