Building Highlights

DUHS Rotary Interact

Today DUHS Rotary Interact Club members presented a check for $1000 to the Dowagiac Rotary Club. This donation will contribute towards the purchase of a utility vehicle for the Kyoga Farmers’ Cooperative in Uganda. This vehicle will serve a variety of purposes for this small village in Africa, including helping students to get to and from school safely. Pictured are members Riley McCaffrey, Addie Wilson (Treasurer), Bree Behnke (Vice-President), and Olivia Stockwell (President), along with Dowagiac Rotarian Steve Zebell.

FYI…the Rotarians loved have our Interactors at their meeting today! Rotarian Jennifer Ray said they were “absolutely awesome” and were “personable, warm, enthusiastic-everyone loved having them!”

Our Amazing Lunch Crew

Last week on Count Day, our amazing lunch staff went above and beyond by cooking up our students’ favorite foods! The cafeteria was filled with excitement as they served delicious meals and even surprised everyone with some sweet treats. We are so grateful for our hardworking lunch team who always make our school a special place to be. Thank you for making Count Day extra special! 🍪🎉

National Tech Honor Society

Dowagiac Union High School students were accepted into the National Technical Honor Society during the Induction Ceremony held on Wednesday, February 18th. NTHS honors the achievements of top CTE students, provides scholarships to encourage the pursuit of higher education, and cultivates excellence in today's highly competitive, skilled workforce.
